1. Services Provided

 

 

Photo-Magic Creations provides:

 

  • Photo editing
  • Photo repair and restoration
  • Background and object removal/addition
  • Virtual Glamour Shot Sessions
  • Custom digital image enhancements
  • Other digital photography-related services

 

 

All services are custom digital services tailored to each client.

 

 

 

 

2. Client Responsibilities

 

 

Clients agree to:

 

  • Provide high-quality original images when possible
  • Have legal rights to any photos submitted
  • Obtain permission from any individuals shown in submitted images
  • Provide accurate instructions and expectations

 

 

Results depend heavily on the quality of the original image provided.

 

 

 

 

3. Payments & Pricing

 

 

  • Pricing varies based on the nature and complexity of edits.
  • Full payment may be required before work begins unless otherwise agreed.
  • All payments are non-refundable once editing has started due to the custom digital nature of services.

 

 

Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will honor agreed pricing.

 

 

 

 

4. Turnaround Time

 

 

Estimated completion times are provided based on project scope. Turnaround times may vary depending on workload and complexity. Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

 

 

 

 

5. Revisions

 

 

Reasonable revisions are included as discussed per service.

Additional or excessive changes beyond the original request may incur extra charges.

 

 

 

 

6. Copyright & Ownership

 

 

  • Clients retain ownership of their original photos.
  • Photo-Magic Creations retains copyright ownership of edited versions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients receive a non-exclusive license for personal use unless commercial rights are purchased.

 

 

Edited images may not be resold, altered, or redistributed for profit without written permission.

 

 

 

 

7. Confidentiality

 

 

All images submitted are kept confidential.

 

No images will be shared publicly unless written permission is granted by the client. Client privacy is respected at all times.

 

 

 

 

8. Virtual Glamour Sessions

 

 

Virtual sessions require:

 

  • Clear full-body images
  • Proper lighting
  • Clear communication regarding desired backgrounds, poses, and styling

 

 

Results depend on original photo quality and client cooperation.

 

 

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

 

Photo-Magic Creations is not responsible for:

 

  • Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations
  • Quality limitations caused by low-resolution or damaged original images
  • Indirect or consequential damages

 

 

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

 

 

 

 

10. Cancellations

 

 

If a service is canceled after work has begun, no refund will be issued.

 

Virtual session no-shows without notice may result in forfeited fees.

 

 

 

 

11. No Guarantees of Exact Replication

 

 

While every effort is made to create high-quality, realistic results, digital edits are artistic interpretations and may not perfectly replicate studio photography.
